What does group personal training include?
Group personal training is a weekly one-hour personal training session. This session will include yourself and a maximum of 3 other individuals making a change to their health and fitness. This will be a structured exercise session specific to every participant’s health and fitness, allowing everyone to make progress towards their targets.
Our structured exercise programmes change on a regular basis to ensure all our participants remain interested, motivated and challenged to achieve individual aims.
Our group personal training costs less per session than 1:1 personal training resulting in a more affordable option for clients who still want personalised attention from us but are looking for a more budget-friendly option.

We can tailor special exercise sessions for groups of friends who would like to improve their fitness together. Weekly sessions for a maximum of four participants, with a specific programme uniquely designed to meet the individual needs of the group.
