Is personal training right for me?

Do I need to have attended a gym before starting personal training?
No - we work with clients of all abilities and experience. It can be difficult for clients to know what combinations of exercises are best for achieving personal goals. Thomas Penker Personal Training will create a tailored programme based on your specific goals and will guide you through the exercises, ensuring that you learn the correct techniques and become confident in using the gym equipment. We work with you to track your progress throughout the course of your training, providing motivation and ensuring that your effort in the gym is not going to waste!
Do I need to be a member of Westwoods Health Club to access one-to-one and group sessions with Thomas Penker Personal Training?
